People prefer going to city auto auctions for their vehicle needs for many reasons. One of the main reasons is that you do not have to deal with a salesperson or feel pressured into purchasing something. Also, you can usually get a really good car for a really good price at city auto auctions. Sometimes the cars are ex police vehicles and sometimes they are cars that were seized because they were used to commit a crime.

Know what you want before you go to the auction. It will save you a lot of time and money. Have an idea of what kind of budget you are willing to spend before you go so that you can avoid overspending. Keep a maximum in your mind while you are looking at each vehicle that you are interested in.
